Ginn, still recuperating from a foot injury in the BCS title game, has outstanding return ability but he’s undersized. Now the question is who will be throwing footballs to him?

Picking a return specialist/WR this high? The Dolphins took a lit of heat for this pick, but remember the Panthers’ Steve Smith started out as a return specialist and developed into a great WR. Ginn has the potential to do the same.
